 At Reflex Fitness Centre, it's all about your personal fitness goals, offering professional fitness guidance to manage your health, diet and fitness. The instructors here are focused on making your gym session enjoyable, affective and most of all injury free. Therefore we make sure all our members know the right techniques for every machine and exercise to gain maximum benefits from your workout.

Reflex gym is fully equipped with Technogym and Life Fitness Cardio and strength machines, all complemented by fantastic sea views all round. Reflex Fitness Centre provides equipment for simple but effective exercise. Services Offered At Reflex Fitness Centre:

• Personal Training: Personal training is approx a one hour session. The session can be either a one to one session or a group session depending on what you prefer. Your personal trainer will provide fitness tests, nutritional advice and the motivation you need to reach you fitness goals. Your personal trainer will always try to keep your training session enjoyable and vary exercises to keep training interesting. • Swimming Lessons: Swimming Lessons to children of all ages and levels are provided in our indoor pool. All equipment is provided for. Children can learn to swim unaided, or improve their swimming strokes and gain confidence in the water. A qualified swimming instructor, holding a Water Rescue and Life Saving qualification, as well as First Aid, will be giving the lessons. 1 on 1 session with your child, or even group sessions with your child siblings or friends.
